The Third Eye Chakra: Is the soul's connection, encompassing pure consciousness and an awareness of subjective reality. It relates to our ability to visualize and process. This energy center is where we manifest our dreams and visions, obtain Spiritual Knowledge and our day to day information. It is through this chakra we can see into the subtle realms, do remote viewing, increase our extra sensory perception, posses greater intuition, and hold a superior insight into people's motives. It is at this energy center that we process and understand our life's experiences in order to open or consciousness and awareness. It is important to know that how we "see" the world is determined by the state of this chakra.

Ajna is considered the energy center of the mind. When something is seen in the mind's eye, or in a dream, it is being 'seen' by Ajna.
