The Solar Plexus: Symbolizes our inner fire feeding the soul. It is here in the solar plexus chakra that we convert solar energy into nourishment and use it to enhance the vitality of our physical body. Within this energy center we are open to all our surrounding energies, and in contact with the outside world and others. The 3rd chakra is the seat of the soul , the seat of the ego, and the social validation of ourselves. Once we harmonize our feelings in a healthy way, an abundance of white light comes in through this energy center and fills up our aura. Which in return enlightens our daily lives with pure joy, confidence, wisdom and peacefulness.
This chakras Sanskrit name is “Manipura” meaning “Lustrous gem” relates to personal power. It's flower symbol is an yellow lotus with 10 petals. It is known as our fire center. Associated with the element of fire, the power of combustion, and the inner processes of digestion and metabolism, this energy center manifest our abilities of creativity and transformation.

Blocked Solar Plexus Chakra: Can Manifests as a sense of victimization, an inability to manifest, overemotional and attached love, or a fear of being alone. One will experience timidity and fear in general, anger and rage, isolation judgmental and dogmatic behavior feeling deprived of recognition aloofness. In fact we are always functioning with a fearful attitude all the time. Which causes us to seek a constant approval and validation from others. In addition ,imbalance of this energy center will cause a build up of blocked emotions. Which will lead to irritability, anger, or bitterness.
